Community Guidelines

LiveStylist is a place to get real-time style advice from an AI stylist, and to share style sessions with friends you've connected with. Everyone is welcome — and we keep it that way by holding the community to a few simple rules.

What's allowed

• Sessions about clothing, makeup, accessories, hair, and personal style.
• Sharing your finished sessions with friends you've followed back.
• Honest feedback and questions about your own style.

What's not allowed

• Nudity or sexual content. LiveStylist is not a place for explicit material. Keep yourself and others clothed in front of the camera.
• Violence or threats. No threats, no content depicting harm against people or animals.
• Harassment or hate speech. No targeting individuals or groups based on identity, appearance, or any protected characteristic.
• Impersonation. Don't pretend to be someone else. Don't use someone else's name, image, or magic ID without their consent.
• Spam, scams, and self-promotion. Don't use the app or your sessions to push unrelated products, links, or fake offers.
• Illegal activity. Anything that breaks the law in your jurisdiction.

How to report

If you see something that breaks these rules:

• A session in your feed: open the session, tap the ⋯ in the top right, pick a category, optionally add a note, and submit.
• A follow request: on the Friends screen, hold (long-press) the requester's name and tap to report. The request is automatically declined.

Reports go directly to a human reviewer. You'll stop seeing the reported content immediately. If we agree it breaks the guidelines, we remove it globally (and may suspend the account that posted it).

How we moderate

• Every report is reviewed within 24 hours.
• We may remove individual sessions, hide a user's content from feeds, or suspend an account, depending on severity.
• Repeat or serious violations result in a permanent ban.
• We will not share who reported what with the person being reported.

Blocking

You can block any user from your follow list. Blocking removes them from your feed, prevents future follow requests, and breaks any existing follow relationship — without notifying them. Blocked users cannot see your sessions.

Appeals

If we removed your content or restricted your account and you believe we got it wrong, email appeals@livestylist.app. Include the date, what was removed, and why you think it was a mistake. We respond within 7 days.

Changes to these guidelines

We may update these guidelines as the community grows or new edge cases arise. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated in-app on the next launch.
