1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using LiveStylist ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

LiveStylist is an AI-powered personal styling assistant that provides real-time beauty and fashion advice through computer vision and voice interaction. The service is provided "as is" and advice given by the AI is for informational and entertainment purposes only.

3. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models
• Use the camera feature to capture or process images of individuals without their consent
• Share, redistribute, or commercially exploit content generated by the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription terms, cancellation policies, and refund procedures are subject to the respective store's policies.

• Free Trial: 1 lifetime trial session at signup, 5 minutes long
• Premium Monthly: $14.99 / month — daily styling sessions, 5 minutes per session, soft cap of 30 sessions per calendar month
• Premium Annual: $119.99 / year — same as monthly, ~33% discount

6. AI-Generated Content

Style advice provided by LiveStylist is generated by artificial intelligence and should not be considered professional fashion consulting. The AI may occasionally provide inaccurate or inappropriate suggestions. LiveStylist Ltd. is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated advice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, AI models, and software — are owned by LiveStylist Ltd. and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiveStylist Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
