What was happening under the hood
While the conversation felt like one continuous voice, the system was running three things at once. A live vision pipeline (multi-agent: eye, mouth, outfit) analysed the camera frames every few seconds, processed in memory and discarded — nothing was written to disk. A live voice agent (Google Gemini Live) handled the dialogue with roughly 300ms response latency, so it felt like a person you could interrupt. And a preview-image generator (Fal.ai, Gemini 2.5 Flash Image) rendered the suggested looks alongside the conversation so suggestions were visual, not just verbal.
